Alexander Suvorov, Ph.D.

Chief Information Officer

Alexander is a highly skilled Information Technology professional with significant experience in healthcare compliance, cyber risk management, network engineering, project management, as well as information and systems security. For the past 10 years, he has specialized in the healthcare industry. He has been an advocate and early adopter of the tools, technology, and methods necessary for a healthcare practice to be secure and compliant.

Although Alexander’s formal education has prepared him well—he holds a Masters in Information Systems Management and a Ph.D in Technical Science—he has continued to pursue multiple other educational platforms to increase his skills and knowledge. He holds many industry standard technical certifications in networking, server management, and security. He continually seeks opportunities both within our company and in the medical community overall to apply and increase his knowledge while advocating the advancement of Health Information Technology.

His specialties include the following: CISSP; MCITP: EA; CCNA Security, Wireless; VMware; PMP; HIPAA.

Ann Muehlberger

Healthcare Management Consultant

Ann has over 20 years of experience working in medical practices, in the areas of customer service training, process improvement, medical billing and collections, as well as the design, building, integration, and implementation of practice management systems.

In her years of training clerical staff, she has succeeded in developing confidence in employees to give excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality, as well as identify patient cost-sharing responsibility and collect patient balances. Additionally, she has been able to instill the importance of verifying patient information in order to submit medical insurance claims, to help reduce denials and rejections from insurance companies and increase practice revenue. She has also developed new workflows and processes for organizing and obtaining referrals and authorizations for patient procedures.

Ann is dedicated to excellent patient care and customer service, and is committed to the patients that she serves. She takes the challenges in customer service as a new learning experience, and enjoys sharing her acquired knowledge with others in order to help them develop as healthcare customer service professionals.

Maureen E. Wooding

Healthcare Management Consultant

Maureen has more than 30 years combined leadership, Nursing, and Healthcare Risk Management experience. She received her nursing RN diploma from Brighton and Hove School of Nursing, Sussex, England and later her BA in Nursing from Ryerson University, Toronto and her Masters in Environmental Studies from York University, Toronto.

Maureen moved to Florida in 1994 and worked for the Florida Hospital and Orlando Health systems in various leadership positions for over 20 years. Most recently, she has been the Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement at Central Florida Behavioral Hospital and is a Licensed Healthcare Risk Manager in the State of Florida. While at Orlando Health, Maureen served as the Magnet Council Coordinator for Medical Education Faculty Practices. Her nursing and Risk Management experience has been an asset to many who have worked with her, she is well known as a keen advocate for nurses and the nursing profession.

Maureen is an active member of the Florida Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association and the Florida Hospital Association. In the past, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Social Planning Council of Newcastle, Oshawa, Whitby, and the Board of Directors for Nirvana Health Care Services, Orlando Florida. She was also a member of the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing (AACN) and the Central Florida Healthcare Educators Group. In addition, she is a past President of Greater Orlando Florida Association of Directors of Nursing Administration and a past member of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration and Vice President of the Central Florida Gerontological Association.

Kristy Taylor, Ph.D

Healthcare Management Consultant

Dr. Taylor has over 14 years of training and management experience with a proven track record of successfully empowering individuals and teams though effective coaching, feedback, mentoring, fostering creativity, and rewarding efforts. She is a graduate of A.T. Still University’s Doctorate of Health Science program, and she is a former Healthcare Manager for the United States Air Force. She has hands-on experience with building partnerships, project management, budget management, developing recruitment and marketing plans, managing an academic team, data analysis, IT transition and implementation, diversity management, and implementing and managing interventions that will increase performance levels that positively impact targeted outcomes. Dr. Taylor specializes in healthcare management, training and development, and developing performance improvement strategies.

Dennis Cannelis

Healthcare Management Consultant

For over 20 years, Dennis has been providing strategic advisory and management consulting services to optimize and transform the business of healthcare through thought leadership and creative technology solutions to problems. He has held executive leadership and entrepreneurial roles for healthcare delivery systems, consulting practices and technology companies.

From 2009-2015, his consulting included delivering ROI on Quality Improvement, Care Coordination, Consumer Engagement and Outreach initiatives in value based payment models. He created, implemented and provided oversight for the execution of Business Intelligence and Digital strategies to meet short and long term strategic corporate goals.

He has also managed the delivery of custom and large scale 3rd party solutions, including Care Management, EMR, Claims, Provider Data Management.

As a healthcare IT entrepreneur, he led three successful launch to acquisition ventures from 1999 to 2009 (to TriZetto and Welltok).

He has also served as CIO. His corporate background includes technical management and executive roles with EDS, Gores Group, and American Airlines.

Dennis holds a degree from New York University.
